Early this week, Adm DK Joshi, India's Navy Chief was in Vizag, reviewing the operational preparedness of the Eastern Naval Command and review the fleet. During his time at sea, the Chief of Naval Staff gave a rare interview to NDTV. Rare because for 4 years the Navy top brass had refrained from interviews.
