The Veiled Vipers in action

The newly-inducted C-130J Hercules medium lift tactical transport aircraft practiced an operational combat airlift early this week.

According to the Indian Air Force, this was to hone the operational capability of the latest addition to its fleet.

The C-130Js bought from the US are tactical transport aircraft capable of flying  low levels undetected and landing at assault strips.
